Where your journey becomes our focus

An open space where you and I are equally invested in your growth

Maybe you question what you really want.

Maybe you feel exhausted, thinking “this can’t be it".

Maybe you're not sure what needs to change.

Maybe, it would help to talk to someone about it.

Hi I am Gigi,

I am providing accessible coaching sessions as part of my accreditation in Transformational Coaching.

My intention is to support people who want space for reflection and clarity as they navigate what’s next.

What is coaching?

Don’t let the term “coach” confuse you, there will be no telling you what to do.

Coaching is a collaborative, non-directive, confidential conversation to help you explore challenges you are facing.

In each session we will talk through something that is stopping you from moving forward. I will walk alongside you through your thoughts, listen closely, and ask questions to bring things into focus.

Unlike therapy, which often looks to the past, coaching focuses on shaping your present and helping you create the future you want.

How does coaching help?

It looks a little different for everyone, but here are some ways in which coaching might support you.

  • Going through uncertainty and changes: job search, work, relationships, identity

  • Navigating a big shift or quarter-life transition and wanting to make sense of it

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure of your direction

  • Wanting more meaning, purpose, or fulfilment in your life or work

  • Facing something important on your own and feeling that having support would help

Where you might be now…

1. Discovery Chat

Let’s get to know each other. Most importantly, let’s understand you: your challenges, where you want to go, and what you need to get there. Then we see whether I’m the right fit to support you.

2. Clarify your direction

We determine a direction or goal that feels authentic and meaningful to you, cutting through limiting beliefs, fears, and external pressures.

3. Planning and building momentum

Whether you’re making a big decision, rebuilding confidence, or exploring a new direction, we map out a realistic plan. I will walk alongside you providing accountability, encouragement, exercises and tools.

4. Adjust & recenter

Transitions aren’t linear. Obstacles will appear but you won’t face them alone. We will reassess, recenter, and refine your path together so you move forward with new learnings about yourself.

5. Celebrate progress

We reflect on your journey, celebrating the insights, resilience, and clarity you’ve built along the way. You will move forward feeling grounded and ready for your next step.

The journey we embark on

And more, coaching is a co-created space, and we’ll shape it together around what you need most.

What do I bring?

A space where we’re both equally invested in your growth.

I aim to create a warm, empathetic space where you feel safe to share your thoughts fully.

My approach is grounded in the belief that people grow through connection: being truly heard and being met with curiosity and positive regard.

Some of the topics I’m familiar with include:

  • Transitions (life and career)

  • Burnout and wellbeing

  • Finding purpose

  • Identity and narrative

But I’m open to exploring whetever is on your mind.

If any of this feels relevant to you, or even if you are just curious about coaching, I’d love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching is fully confidential. What you share stays between us, and I won’t share with others that we’re working together.

Confidentiality would only be broken in rare circumstances involving serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or legal requirements.

If you’d like to talk this through, I’m always happy to explain more.

  • That is completely okay. You do not need a clear goal to begin coaching.

Many people come with a feeling rather than an answer. You might sense uncertainty, restlessness, or that something needs attention, even if you cannot yet explain what or why. That is a very natural place to start.

Coaching offers space to slow down and reflect. Through thoughtful questions and gentle exploration, I help you notice patterns, values, and what feels most true to you. From there, we shape a focus or direction that is aligned with who you are, rather than what you think you should want.

We can take things step by step and allow clarity to take shape over time. You do not need answers upfront. They often emerge through the conversation itself.

  • I’m offering a limited number of sessions on a pay-what-you-wish basis, with a suggested contribution around the price of a coffee.

These are full-length coaching conversations, informed by my six-month training with Animas and other previous trainings, as I continue building my supervised practice hours toward accreditation.

  • Every coaching journey is different and shaped by what you bring into the space. While outcomes vary, people often notice changes both internally and externally.

On an internal level, coaching can bring more clarity, calm, confidence, and self awareness. Many people feel more grounded, more aligned, and better able to trust themselves and their decisions.

On a practical level, coaching can support you through career transitions, relationship challenges, questions around boundaries, leadership, or moments where you want to reconnect with momentum and meaning in your everyday life.

The shifts that come from coaching are real, but they grow from your own engagement with the process. My role is to hold the space, ask thoughtful questions, and support you as you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

  • Coaching is designed to support change with an end in sight. I often suggest starting with around six sessions. This gives us space to build trust, explore things more fully, and notice meaningful shifts along the way.

The intention is to help you build confidence, self trust, and a stronger sense of agency, rather than create ongoing dependence. The aim is for you leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and able to back yourself in future choices and decisions.
